Delong Completes Reissue of Its Three ISO Management-System Certificates

Zhuzhou Delong Metal Material Processing Co., Ltd. has recently completed the reissue of its three certificates: ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system. The three certificates are currently displayed on the honors wall on the ground floor of the company.

To pass the audit, the company spent most of the preceding year going through its management documents. On the quality side, it set up full-process control from incoming powder inspection and sintering batch records through to final inspection before shipment, so every batch of inserts can be traced by batch number; on the environmental side, the focus was on upgrading dust collection and wastewater treatment facilities; on the occupational health and safety side, work procedures and emergency plans were rewritten, and high-risk stations such as sintering and pressing now require two-person confirmation.

For a company in the export business, three-system certification is not wall decoration. Delong exports to more than 20 countries and regions, and overseas customers ask for system certificates at the quotation stage. Since the plant was founded in 2018, the company's investment in management standards has always kept pace with capacity; certification simply turns what was already being done into auditable documents.
