Delong Passes ISO Three-System Audits Again
Zhuzhou Delong has passed the audits again for its ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management systems. New certificates were issued on September 15, 2026 and are valid until September 14, 2029.
Zhuzhou Delong Metal Material Processing Co., Ltd. has recently passed the certification audits again for its ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system. New certificates were issued on September 15, 2026 and are valid until September 14, 2029.
The three certifications correspond to the current editions of GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015, GB/T 24001-2016 / ISO 14001:2015 and GB/T 45001-2020 / ISO 45001:2018. The scope in each case is the management activities involved in "the production and sale of cemented carbide CNC inserts" — the audit covers the core business itself, not a single production line. The certificate numbers are 26926Q00306R001, 26926E00239R001 and 26926S00227R001, and can be verified on the website of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China.
This round of audits continued the management framework the company has operated since it established the three systems in 2023. On the quality side, full-process control is retained from incoming powder inspection and sintering batch records through to final inspection before shipment, with every batch of inserts traceable by batch number. On the environmental side, operating records for dust collection and wastewater treatment continue to be kept. On the occupational health and safety side, work procedures and emergency plans for high-risk stations such as sintering and pressing were re-confirmed against the current standard. After certification, a surveillance audit is still required once a year, at intervals of no more than 12 months.
For export business, a valid management-system certificate is a hard threshold at the quotation stage. Delong products are sold in more than 20 countries and regions, and overseas customers often ask for certificate numbers and scanned copies as early as the quote.
